Susan MacAskill
Senior Researcher

Susan is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Social Marketing (formerly the Centre for Social Marketing at the University of Strathclyde). Susan joined CSM in 1980 after obtaining a Geography degree from the University of Edinburgh and working in primary care and health promotion. Susan's research interests include researching sensitive issues with vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups including prisoners, youth, minority ethnic and disadvantaged communities and victims of domestic violence. In particular, Susan spent 3 years studying service provision for palliative care at the Nuffield Centre for Community Care Studies at Glasgow University.
